In short, Gary from Access Security Locksmith (dba "Bob's Lock, Safe and Key") was AWESOME! Gary showed up promptly, after my panicked call on the morning after Christmas, to help me get into my new-to-me truck after its battery had been completely drained (my fault) and my sole key wouldn't turn the driver's door manual lock, so I couldn't open my hood to jumpstart or charge the battery. Gary quickly diagnosed the problem, then he cut a sturdy new metal key and with some targeted lubrication, forced the lock open as a temporary workaround, thereby protecting my only key from potential damage. Randy Did a great job. He installed new hardware on multiple doors and helped correct the low quality work of the first Locksmith I had tried. And he’s a nice guy and good communicator. This isn’t always the case as I found out with the first Locksmith who did a poor job.
