I've been bringing my dogs here for years and I've tolerated a lot of disrespect from Matthew but the recent treatment had me shaking. He not only spoke over me and interrupted me while I was answering HIS questions about my dog but he treated me with a condescending manner and tone during my entire visit. He also pushed me out the door without giving me any instructions on how to administer my dogs medication so I was left to Google and wing it, which didn't feel great after the recent loss of my other dog. If you want a nice vet who really cares about your pets, go elsewhere. This guy could use some lessons on kindness, communication, and respectful listening.

If you want your pets to live, do not come here. This doctor is the WORST. My dog has been having issues this past year. When I would bring her in for a visit, the doctor would cut me off in mid sentence and not listen to my observations/concerns. He wouldn't even take a look at the video I have of my dog, showing him the issue. I just figured he was in a hurry, and trusted him. Most recently, I made an appointment for a full blood panel to get some answers. After waiting for a week to get in, a day before the appt, I get a phone call and am asked to reschedule for the next week because the doctor spontaneously decided to go on vacation. Does not listen or seem to care and talks over you when you're speaking
