I think the plan they offer cuts costs but I don't know if they recoup those somehow by doing extractions when dogs get their teeth cleaned. The dr looked at my dog and said "he might need at least one extraction and our pet plan will be the best way to go so you can more services and free visits for the year." I decided to pay for the plan...around 500-600.00 total. When my dog went in, they charged me 300.00 extra for TEN extractions. Nobody said TEN extractions when I went in. Also, the last time I used this plan they called me to get approval before doing that. That cost me an additional 300ish. So I have spent nearly 1000 so far. My 10 week old pup had a bump on his back and I called around to a couple places and they were the quickest to be able to get him in. They were very gentle with him and very informative about what was wrong and what could be done in the future to prevent/ keep an eye on it.

Great place. Very friendly people who were really sweet to my boy. The Doctor is a Cornell grad, which gave me some confidence in his diagnosis. For what you get the prices are very reasonable. I felt very comfortable here and in good hands. My dog is my world, so a good vet is really important.
