Dr. Ponce and staff are the model of compassion, professionalism and truly excellent care. I have experienced years of general health care, complicated diagnoses and end of life care. In every situation i can not imagine better treatment. Thank you Avenues Pet Clinic.
Dr. Ponce cares more about the animals she treats than any vet I know. She is conscientious, kind, and very careful to make sure that my dog gets exactly what she needs. The office staff is capable and kind. I love Avenues Pet Clinic!!!
It’s always stressful to have a sick pet and need to look for a place quick. I always get anxious about pricing and haven’t had good experiences in the past with clinics up charging random fees but this place is very upfront/direct and I truly appreciate that!! They were so patient and kind to my cat ? My appointment was about an hour and a half for a last minute visit. Thankful they were able to help get Bianca feeling better :)
