We hired Aspen Roofing after discovering a leak in our living room that was caused by a poorly installed cricket from work done by a previous roofing company before we purchased the house.
Craig was professional, responsive, and took the time to explain our options without pushing unnecessary repairs. Aspen initially repaired the affected area and corrected the cricket installation. After reviewing the work, they decided to go a step further and replace the cricket with a metal one at no additional cost. We've since been through multiple storms, including snow and heavy rain, and the leak has not returned.

Ryan Brady is amazing. He knows SO much. He is extremely thorough, and he was able to diagnose a leak in our new roof, which was installed by a different roofer.
When we called Aspen Roofing for answers, Ryan came right over and dug in. He didn't cut corners. He spent time with us, and he went into the details. We felt reassured, and we have a clear sense of direction.
We wish we had worked with Aspen Roofing from the beginning. We would have saved so much money, time, and frustration. But we're working with them now, and we are happy.
