Alta, Janitorial cleans all of our buildings, and although they are challenging buildings to clean they do a good quality job, and their employees are very dependable. Alta is also very responsive when we do have cleaning needs, that ocassionally pop up. Several of their employees have been in the same building since the start of service agreement!
