Bought a home with a patio cover but no lights or fan. Issue was where to tap into the electrical grid? Used an abandoned heat tape source and wireless switches. Very happy with the results and the extra effort Richard went thru to find a style of light that pleased us. The electrician, David, could not have been neater and nicer,
