Awful place to do taxes, blaming us for a mistake Lorenzo one of their tax preparers made, didn’t put the right account number stay far away

Same thing as another customer, got my account number wrong and put it from the previous year? This was my first time here. Then tried call and emailing which led to my taxes being 2.5 months late.

This was the first year that I did taxes with this company because a friend recommended it to me. It was the worst thing I ever did!! They informed me that I should send a check to pay the Federal Taxes but I will pay the amount in installments, then they informed me that I should make the payment online, but nothing appeared in the online system until today and until today I have not received my check refund. I contacted the company about 3 times asking for help and the secretariat said the same thing, that I have to wait for the completion of my taxes to appear in the IRS system or contact Federal return taxes. This company had no desire to assist me in this case. I do not recommend!!

12 years ago a business associate told us how wonderful Aai Tax services had been for him over the years. we decided to give them a try and are so glad we did. they are the best tax service I have ever experienced. they are professional yet you get small business, one on one quality treatment. we will never use anyone else.

Got my bank account number wrong which in fact made my return late over two months and then have to receive it by mail instead of direct depositAnd by the way don’t bother to call or text ( they don’t respond )
