Great company to work for! I was hired on March of 2019 by Brandon the owner of the company and everything that we discussed the company as made true! All of the office staff are awesome to work under! My dispatcher (Matt Grey) is hands down the best dispatcher I've ever had! I have nothing bad to say about this company !

Never seen levels of honesty and integrity in a trucking company to this level. Every trucking company claims to be a family oriented people company with most of them being nothing but lip service. Ag Needs Inc walks the walk and talks the talk. Want to be treated right? Work for this company.

So far so good. Not a single lie has been told to me from the moment I first talked to Shelley to today. They have been very accommodating to me and my dog, made every effort to meet my requests and met them. I got to meet everyone in the office at orientation including the owner, Brandon, who was very classy and humble to speak so freely with me on more than one occasion now.Bottom line: I'm in a truck I love, running the lane I want to run, being paid fairly and accurately thus far, and my dispatcher, Matt, is everything I could hope for in a dispatcher.
