Instructor was energetic and friendly. Beginners class is just what I needed and was taught very well for a beginner. Thank you! The building was super peaceful and welcoming! The girls in my class were welcoming as well! All around great space

I've been to yoga across the U.S., the Bahamas, Bali and more. Without question, this is my favorite place. Warm, kind, knowledgeable. Check out Adriennes beginner yoga, you'll learn much even if you think of yourself as experienced. She is a talented instructor.

Because the teacher was so so kind and welcoming. He explained things well, didn't make me feel like a fool and had a really chill vibe about him. The class was challenging and just really fuFun
