The online course was super easy, and Toby was great and very calm, I was nervous to drive with an instructor but it was so stress free! However, do NOT book with Kelly. I had one drive with her and she used her emergency brake before I even left the parking lot. She made me feel so dumb, and would ask me questions that made me more confused. She was awful with me and I left more anxious and stressed about driving. It was a very long 2 hours and I don’t think she’s fit to work with 16 year olds at all. Don't over sale your available slots at the expense of kids. You can't honor your commitments. If a student doesn't get a spot in week A they default to first priority in week B. Something needs to change.
Update: I've changed from 2 stars to 4stars. I've had multiple calls, initiated by A1. They went above what I anticipated to get the drives completed. There still needs to be an improvement in the weekly drive scheduling.
Best experience I've ever had with a driving instructor. I had been trying to get my license for several years and had so much driving anxiety and these people were so good at diffusing my anxiety and helping my confidence. I now have my license and I enjoy driving!
