I had a great experience learning to drive with Rob at A-1 Driving School in Provo. He is patient, calm, and explains everything clearly. Rob helped me feel more confident behind the wheel and gave very useful advice for safe driving. Highly recommend him!
The online course was super easy, and Toby was great and very calm, I was nervous to drive with an instructor but it was so stress free! However, do NOT book with Kelly. I had one drive with her and she used her emergency brake before I even left the parking lot. She made me feel so dumb, and would ask me questions that made me more confused. She was awful with me and I left more anxious and stressed about driving. It was a very long 2 hours and I don’t think she’s fit to work with 16 year olds at all. Don't over sale your available slots at the expense of kids. You can't honor your commitments. If a student doesn't get a spot in week A they default to first priority in week B. Something needs to change.
Update: I've changed from 2 stars to 4stars. I've had multiple calls, initiated by A1. They went above what I anticipated to get the drives completed. There still needs to be an improvement in the weekly drive scheduling.
