“The online course was super easy, and Toby was great and very calm, I was nervous to drive with an instructor but it was so stress free! However, do NOT book with Kelly. I had one drive with her and she used her emergency brake before I even left the parking lot. She made me feel so dumb, and would ask me questions that made me more confused. She was awful with me and I left more anxious and stressed about driving. It was a very long 2 hours and I don’t think she’s fit to work with 16 year olds at all. It also felt dangerous how much she was using her emergency brake when I don’t think she needed to even once. For example I was slowing down to stop for a pedestrian, but she slammed her foot on the brake and yelled at me as if I haven’t seen them. We were still far away and I promise I was slowing down at a normal pace and I did nothing wrong.“
