After calling many other local plumbers without receiving a response, we were grateful to hear back from Karson, even though by that time it was after hours on a Friday evening. He came over to the house, assessed the situation (we had 3 separate issues that needed to be fixed) and ordered the unusual part needed. As soon as the part arrived, Karson skillfully resolved the leaky toilet issue, took care of the leaking valves on the water heater, and strapped the water heater up to code. Although Karson was working in a less than ideal situation, he was cheerful and courteous throughout the task, taking the extra time to leave the water heater area cleaner than he found it Problems solved!
