Need a professional, knowledgeable, and courteous plumber….fast? Do yourself a favor from the start and call K&B Plumbing. After calling many other local plumbers without receiving a response, we were grateful to hear back from Karson, even though by that time it was after hours on a Friday evening. He came over to the house, assessed the situation (we had 3 separate issues that needed to be fixed) and ordered the unusual part needed. As soon as the part arrived, Karson skillfully resolved the leaky toilet issue, took care of the leaking valves on the water heater, and strapped the water heater up to code. I contacted K&B Plumbing on a Friday afternoon. Moving my parents back to Columbia after living with me in Salt Lake for 9 months & I couldn't get the pilot light on the water heater lit. Carson drove out that evening & determined it needed replaced. He came back on a Saturday & replaced it. It was a huge relief for me & I am incredibly grateful! I'm very impressed with the high level of customer service. I highly recommend them!!!!
