Isaiah showed up on time, was professional, clean, honest and gave zero sales pressure. Could not recommend Told Plumbing more. They were more than half the price quoted from another licensed company and twice as transparent and helpful. If you are looking for a trusted plumber, I had a wonderful experience with this company.
I called Told Plumbing to help investigate a leak in my basement cold storage area. The arrived the next business day (the leak did not seem severe). Their rep was knowledgable, experienced, and cordial. After inspection, he explained that the pipe bringing water into my townhouse had developed a lead, probably due to the ground shifting.
A team came out a three days later (we kept towels down and changed them twice a day). The two workmen performed the daunting job of digging down three feet in my flower bed and repairing the leak. There were some problems with very large rocks and misidentified water mains, but the job was completed on that same day.

They have an extensive crew of plumbers that can service any need. Whether it’s Isaiah, Zane, Ron, Brandon, Kelly, or any of their other amazing plumbers you know you are going to get taken care of.
They are not predatory, and their plumbers have no incentive to upsell you while they’re on the job site (like some other plumbing companies in the market). I would recommend them for any job, whether it’s at your place of business, or your personal residence.
