Nick was great to work through the water heater replacement process, knowledgeable with current codes, and professional, though the cost was a complaint. A huge thank you goes to Allstar Plumbing and Happy Crap, and Matt from Canada, for helping with all plumbing needs, from installing 3 new toilets to fixing a water softener and installing a new kitchen faucet. Tom did a great job on a tankless water heater flush, showed up on time, and communicated clearly. Val is incredible, did amazing dust control, and prepared a basement for cast iron piping replacement to ABS. Lucas did a great job explaining a plumbing situation in a 68-year-old home and was very knowledgeable. Tom also did a great job, very professional, and got a kitchen sink back working in no time.
Nick was great to work through the water heater replacement process. Knowledgeable with current codes for installation process. He was also professional.
My only complaint is the cost of the replacement of the water heater. Due to time constraints unable to shop around for more quotes and most likely a more reasonable price.
