I have been going to this office for a few years now. I really appreciate their approach to medicine. I had a really good experience recently where they fit my daughter in when she really needed to be seen. Even thought it was a five minute appointment, Dr Barry was great and didn't make me feel rushed and showed care. We got in, we got out, and my daughter was comfortable with Dr. Barry.

Had to wait I hour and 45 minutes for a basic appt to get help with a horrible cough--even then I don't feel like I was given the help I need or what I asked for. My appt was at 2:15 and I left at 4:05. Is that poor scheduling? Poor time management? Well, it's poor something. I would have been better off going to InstaCare

The office reception is the absolute worst I have ever seen. Dr Berry is the best physician we have ever been to so we stuck it out for over 18 months of back to back appointments (maternity and pediatric). However, we are now leaving because there hasn’t been one time we went in that the reception has done what they were supposed to do. From not getting urgent medical reports back from specialists (after 3 months of back to back calls to them), mixed up scheduling appointments that have had to be rescheduled because they didn’t schedule it correctly, and almost an issue every single time we had labs or test results, we decided we need to find another place to go....read full review
