Facility is clean, Front desk and security officer were friendly and welcoming. Came in to sign up for Primary Care. We'll see how long it takes for them to follow-through with me. There are stars to gain or lose here 🙂
I can’t vouch for every clinic, but I’ve been here three times now and every single time they have been extremely efficient, got me into my appointment really fast, and had excellent care. From all the horror stories that I heard about VA clinics… I can definitely say that this one has been a very pleasant surprise. They are definitely better than any civilian medical clinic I’ve ever been to.
As a veteran that receives treatment here they have always been helpful and kind, the Va process and this clinic are two separate things. The amount of bad reviews on here from people that don’t understand the purpose of this clinic and the role it plays in Va healthcare and not the center for Va administration is wild.
This clinic helps veterans that are enrolled and receiving treatment from the va. They don’t make the decisions on your claim, they don’t see emergencies like a er, they simply treat scheduled patients and do blood labs.
