U of U Health Parkway Health Center offers efficient and caring medical services. Patients praise Dr. Ogden for her excellent bedside manner, thorough care, and ability to address their health concerns. The staff, including nurses and the Parkway Call Center, are also commended for their helpfulness and professionalism. The pharmacy is considered one of the best in the area.
Dr. Masteller has listened to me and taken the time and effort to ensure my issues are addressed. He truly cares and it shows. I have no words for how grateful I am for him after having so many providers dismiss me. His staff is amazing, I don't remember all their names, but they are all sweet and nice, especially Makayla. After feeling walked over and like a nuance at other U of U Health places, Dr. Masteller and his team have treated me with such compassion and care... I cannot thank them enough
Dr. Hilton was ok. For general concerns, he is great. If you are chronically ill, you might get dismissed or not taken seriously. I had a partial seizure in the office and he told me it might just be anxiety. I switched to Steve. He was wonderful. He listened to all my concerns, and referred me to all the doctors I needed. He made me feel safe enough to share all my needs.
Dr. Hilton said he checked my iron and it was normal. When we looked at the blood chart, there was no iron test, only vitamin D and B12. Dr. Leach is always great. Hes so very helpful, understanding, and willing to help! I greatly greatly appreciate him and his effort to help me. Its wonderful to have a doctor who cares and is always smiling to see you!
