As a plumber, I’ve been to a lot of supply houses, and this one stands out. The staff is always friendly and easy to work with, but more importantly, they really know their stuff. It makes a big difference when you can walk in, explain what you need, and get the right parts without any guesswork.

The store is consistently well stocked, which saves me a ton of time on jobs. I can usually count on them having what I need on hand instead of waiting around or making multiple stops.

Trying to find parts and calling around so I'm not doing a bunch of wasted driving, called and asked about a specific piece they looked it up on the computer, as well as going down to check that it was in the in the aisle on the shelf. So I drove over and they didn't have it, I asked the person that I talked to on the phone they couldn't find it, brought over another employee who couldn't find it and stated they don't normally have anything in that size.
