The Planned Parenthood - Ogden Health Center provides a positive and helpful experience for its patients. The staff are described as friendly, informative, knowledgeable, and professional. Patients appreciate the short wait times, the ability to lower costs with discounts, and the overall effectiveness and care provided during procedures. The staff were amazing, friendly, caring, and went above and beyond to assist concerns. The PA was very kind, knowledgeable and had a great bedside manner. However, their systems are often down, which can cause long waits and delays in getting test results. It is important to be aware of all potential costs, as sometimes quotes may not include all charges. The manager is willing to work with patients on payment plans. Patients express satisfaction with their visits and plan to return to the Ogden location.
I’m only giving them two stars because I support PP and reproductive health but as far as this specific clinic, it takes forever. They make you wait in the waiting room and then take you back for you to put the gown on where you wait for another 40 minutes while you hear them yapping outside doing nothing. There weren’t many people here at all and yet here I am still laying on this paper with my beav out waiting for someone to help me. Let me tell you I’m super comfortable 😒 I tried supporting this clinic but I’m going back to the University of Utah.
The service is always nice, but every time I come in to pick up my pills a simple thing you would think, but no after I pay and do all the stuff, it take an hour every time to get my pills, I choose to get them through them because I was told it would be a fast process it clearly isn’t.
They're very available for alot of various different appointment times and services, including calling for questions or by the least calling you back. Their website for checking up on any updates after your appointment is very clear. I was worried sick after having to do a Std/STI panel that I would experience an uncomfortable process and that the staff might not be as comforting, however they were far more understanding and helpful than a majority of regular hospital visits ive ever done including ER emergencies.
