The Planned Parenthood - Ogden Health Center provides a positive and helpful experience for its patients. The staff are described as friendly, informative, knowledgeable, and professional. Patients appreciate the short wait times, the ability to lower costs with discounts, and the overall effectiveness and care provided during procedures. The staff were amazing, friendly, caring, and went above and beyond to assist concerns. The PA was very kind, knowledgeable and had a great bedside manner. However, their systems are often down, which can cause long waits and delays in getting test results. It is important to be aware of all potential costs, as sometimes quotes may not include all charges. The manager is willing to work with patients on payment plans. Patients express satisfaction with their visits and plan to return to the Ogden location.
They're very available for alot of various different appointment times and services, including calling for questions or by the least calling you back. Their website for checking up on any updates after your appointment is very clear. I was worried sick after having to do a Std/STI panel that I would experience an uncomfortable process and that the staff might not be as comforting, however they were far more understanding and helpful than a majority of regular hospital visits ive ever done including ER emergencies. Phenomenal and inclusive experience. 10/10, Stephanie is amazing!
They helped me through filling out forms and waited patiently when I had to look up certain information. They were ready to take me back less than 5 mins after my scheduled appointment time but still took me after I took a while to fill out forms. All the staff were nice and walked me through my options. I'm so glad I have this resource
