Dr. Lyons is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely cares about her patients. She helps identify triggers, manage symptoms, and significantly improve quality of life. She always takes the time to listen, answer questions, and explain treatment options in a way that is easy to understand. Dr. Sullivan is a great listener and an excellent deductive thinker. He is very compassionate, sweet, and likable. He is knowledgeable and very attentive to patient needs. Patients say he makes sure they know they are not done until symptoms are under control. The staff is always friendly from the receptionists to the assistants and the physicians. Appointments are met in a timely manner. Patients are taking shots for allergies and have already noticed a difference. The practice is prompt, polite, and investigative. They listen and really hear the patient, working to get to the source of the allergy. The caring and thorough approach makes the wait worth it.
Dr. Sullivan came highly recommended by a friend, and I'm really glad I called for an appointment. I had the best expierience at Dr. Sullivan's office. His office and medical staff were very professional, friendly and welcoming. Dr. Sullivan spent a lot of time with me and answered all my questions, was very attentive and came up with a great plan that gave me hope of feeling better than I have in a long time. He knows his stuff!! Very happy to be a new patient.
Dr. Lyons has been my Asthma and Allergy Specialist for over 20 years and there is No One Better in that field of expertise as Vicky Lyons. She provides the Most Awesome Care to all of her patients and significantly help me with my Serious Asthma Issues.
