Birch Creek got him in immediately and took excellent care of him and went above and beyond. The vet even called us while on vacation to give us lab results! Since then, we've transferred our other two dogs' records there and they are consistently patient, can always get us in if we have something urgent come up, and are so sweet to our three dogs even though they HATE going to the vet and can be difficult little patients while there . The vets and techs there also take their time and make sure all questions are answered and give lots of options and information every appointment. They also walked us through every price point and gave us several options of things there as well. Their bedside manner is so great and we are so thankful we found them! (For the record, we have seen multiple providers here, but usually see Richardson or Klar!)“

“Terrific Vet!! Not sure who the Vets were during the other reviews but we have always had a good experience here. The Vets that we have seen have always been friendly and honestly concerned with the well being of our animals. The staff is friendly and accommodating (to the best of their ability) for scheduling. They stay busy and I have seen several repeat customers, I don't see how they can be that bad... See them once for your self, esp Doctor Palmer and then decide...“
