“After scheduling and waiting an entire day (with no further communication from the company or electrician) for a JP Electric technician to show up at our home we decided to call again and schedule for two days later. We have been very happy with JP Electric’s service in the past and we were surprised there had been no communication about a missed appointment or jobs before ours that ran overtime.
We were glad we stuck with them and rescheduled. This second time we received a text and a photo of the electrician, Aiden, who was on his way to our home. Aiden and Evan arrived within our scheduled time window and did a great job on the list of tasks we had for them that day. After listening and looking carefully at each of the repairs we needed, Aiden communicated very clearly about the time it would take and the hourly charges we should expect. They were both very professional and pleasant and went about the work promptly. They respected our home by putting on booties and picked up all the boxes, wire, and trash and carted it away in their truck. Evan took the time to go through pages of installation instructions and find the warranty page and owners manual, which he gave directly to us. After they were done Aiden took us around to each of the repairs, explained a few inconsistencies in our very old home, described the upgrades they did, and gave us the chance to ask questions.
