“I had a main breaker that kept tripping due to heat, and I assumed my electrical panel needed upgrading. I emailed the company and David (the owner) responded right away and came out promptly.
It turned out the bolts on the main breaker were loose. He tightened everything up, checked the amps under my load, and clearly explained that no panel upgrade was necessary—the tripping and overheating were caused by the poor contact from the loose bolts.

“This is going to sound so random at first but I promise this was amazing! I was headed down redwood road and I saw a lady stranded in the middle of the road so I turned around to go and help her push it off to the side and by the time I got there one of Newport’s work trucks was already there and 4 of their guys were pushing her across the road! To say the least I was impressed and even though I’ve never had anything installed by them, this show of character spoke volumes to the type of service that they provide!“
