We had our home air ducts cleaned by Apex on 22 June. The technicians did a good job on our home’s upper level, but half way through the cleaning, the hard sales pitch started when they sat us down and discussed that our inside air was full of toxic particulates due to microbial findings in our ducts and their monitor reading. They had also performed a swab test.
They offered three packages that they recommended to combat these issues. The first was a package for $3400 that included a UV light to fight off any growth.
