“Pretty great experience. We went in and told them we needed 2 ties and 2 suits. They were very kind and were able to answer all of our questions. When we picked it up it was very easy and nice. My suit was brand new again. I had teriyaki sauce spilled all over my suit and tie, and it came out looking quite superb. Anyone can rest assured that their clothing they take to be dry cleaned here will be treated with care and able to be nice and clean. Not even a freak teriyaki sauce accident can ruin clothes for these folks. They get the job done, and that's what counts.“

“I can't give 1 star for 1 bad incident. Went in today 8/20/24. I was picking up and dropping off. The girl had an attitude because I didn't have my claim tag. She gave me a condescending lecture on why I needed to have it, instead of saying "It's no problem, I'll look it up" like the others have done for 6 or more YEARS doing business with Durfeys. I dropped off my slacks in MY car and went to pick up in my WIFE'S car. Then when I told her about her attitude, she said "Maybe we aren't a good business fit for you" So, I'm taking my business elsewhere. It's too bad! I liked the older ladies you had working there. These young people don't give a crap about customer service!“
