Carmen is the best alterations person I have ever had. She is very skilled, and so is her staff. They are all so very pleasant and accommodating to work with. I have used her for over 20 years and have never been disappointed.

I am petite/short so if I want to wear any kind of pants or longer skirts/dresses except for stretched jeans I need Alterations. They are so amazing! I’m so grateful! I’m able to dress myself essentially in any outfit I want! I also bring my hoodies here and put zippers in as well as tight zippers.

I’ve had an AMAZING experience here! I needed my wedding dress altered before my wedding and I really feel like me and my dress were cared for.
