I wanted to leave a review today specifically for Carlos in the detailing department! My daughter collects stickers and likes to put them on the car. They've been removed in the past, which always made her so sad. We left a sticky note this time asking for them to be left when the car was detailed. Not only did they get left, but the rest of the car is immaculate! I'm so grateful for the careful consideration of the team, and the fact that they don't mind taking care to avoid a few stickers. I've been loyal to BMW for years and it's because of the people there.
Today I brought in two vehicles for service. One had a recall, and the other was due for some basic maintenance items. I worked with two advisors Zim, and Christian. Both did an exceptional job with their communication, while also accommodating our schedules.
The technician Nick provided a great walk around video highlighting the overall condition of the consumables.

It was good, I bought a 2011 and it had some recalls and they got it handled. It was a bit of a cercus because of the circumstances, it was longer to fix then we assumed and the car had to sit the night. My situation, I'd give 3 Stars. But as for the people and bmw themselves 5 start, treated me great, helping me with anything I needed. And respected when I decided other repairs. That was above and beyond amazing, they still recommend them but didn't push them and I love them for that. If your car is in the shop please request Jan lukac (Yan Loo-kahch). So nice and is so amazing.
