I can’t say enough good things about this company. Our heater wasn’t working and after I defrosted my husband and dogs, we called Stallings and spoke with Carmen. Carmen is a perfect example of what incredible customer service is, even though I could not convince her to pay my bill out of her own pocket. Aside from that, Carmen was absolutely wonderful and a pleasure to speak with. Then we spoke to Danielle in dispatch. Her genuine concern for us was really sweet, and she had them out to help us within a few hours. She’s funny and sweet and an animal lover, which, of course, always gets extra points. Chet came out and had our furnace up and running so fast that I would swear he was an HVAC ninja. Until I see proof to the contrary, I will continue to believe that Chet’s incredible skills are due to years of intense HVAC ninja training. Thanks for everything guys!
Brooke is amazing and so fun to work with and talk to! She isn't just talented. She is absolutely fantastic at what she does, and it shows! I did a fantasy photoshoot and went into my session feeling a bit intimidated. Time flew by quickly, and I was actually disappointed when it was over. Brooke is so great at making you feel beautiful and comfortable, and the photos came out just so gorgeous! In the end, I felt like I'd just met my best friend! I truly can't say enough good about her.

I came in for highlights, my hair is black. Lexi was super nice and took her time on my hair which is super curly and thicc. She didn't pull or anything, she was very gentle and not in a rush. Definitely will come back for a touch up and ask for her!
The local technical support team went above and beyond to fix my connection issue. They were professional in the face of my frustrations. They were very concerned with the fact that 2 of us work from home and giving notice to when they were going to do the repair and even waited for us to be done working.
