I can’t say enough good things about this company. Our heater wasn’t working and after I defrosted my husband and dogs, we called Stallings and spoke with Carmen. Carmen is a perfect example of what incredible customer service is, even though I could not convince her to pay my bill out of her own pocket. Aside from that, Carmen was absolutely wonderful and a pleasure to speak with. Then we spoke to Danielle in dispatch. Her genuine concern for us was really sweet, and she had them out to help us within a few hours. She’s funny and sweet and an animal lover, which, of course, always gets extra points. Stallings has always done quality work here at my home. Cleaned my vents, chimneys, wood burning stoves, serviced my 20k Generac generator and soon will be installing a gas log fireplace insert in my family room. A great company, wonderful employees and luv doing business with them. ?
