This was the second time with the same serviceman. He cleaned a dirty part of the furnace, installed a new filter, new batteries for the thermostat and explained potential problems and what to do when they occurred. He spent a lot of time making sure the old furnace will function properly and explained signs that would indicate future problems. It made the time he spent under my house working and time in it explaining things very valuable. Great price for maintenance and a knowlegable serviceman.

Standing water left over from a damaged tankless water heater filter--in our crawl space--had caused frustrating humidity damage to our Scofield cabin for about 3 years. After some research, I reached out to Nick Wheeler from the Stallings Company and told him of the issues we had been having.
Within 2 days Nick came out and did a full assessment of the crawlspace. He explained what was happening and suggested some dehumidifier solutions to us. One week later the system and components that we agreed on were ordered and in one day the dehumidifier was installed and working. What a relief! Nick and his team were the best; I would highly recommend them.
