Very helpful and fast. Ordered the part for me in advance on.my word alone. After driving up there he decided the part was not needed. Instead of installing it and charging me for it. He was honest and repaired the phone at a less expensive rate and offered to return the part for me.
I've had Ben repair my phone microphone and an HDMI port on an Xbox Series X. He does a great job! Quick repairs, response is good, pricing is fair, awesome customer service. I highly recommend him!
Ben diagnosed my iPad issue for free! Everyone else I called was desperate to charge me for a full screen replacement ($500) and were even going to charge for a diagnosis. Turns out it was a completely different issue that will cost me way less. No-pressure attitude, extremely responsive, polite and professional. It's so nice to know good people still exist and not just wanting your money, but genuinely there to help and provide value. I'll be taking all my device repair concerns to Ben from now on.
