Our Vanagon transmission got as close to exploding as possible. We were near Moab when it happened. After getting a transmission rebuilt at German Transaxle in Bend OR, we returned to Moab with a shiny new transmission. Brian and Jessica with Stotz Moab were the only shop willing to work on an old Vanagon. Brian was incredibly competent and very understanding that we had a lot of money into our van. He completed the job in 4 hrs. The van is running perfectly (at least the parts he worked on) and we are headed home. Huge thanks to Brian and Jessica.

Great mechanic, family owned business. Have had multiple vehicles in and they are accurate at diagnosing problems quickly. Take care of locals. An absolute pleasure to do business with.
