They were unable to do a service call to my area. However they were prompt in calling me back to let me know that. Very professional. Hopefully they will have more techs soon and they will be able to service my area

We had a water leak in our mechanical room, I called every plumber in the area, and JB's completely understood the gravity of our problem as the water heater fed the restaurant, they were able to come out the same day! Aaron came out and repaired the leak, when Aaron called the manufacturer, they said we would need to purchase an entire new boiler (+$15,000) So we would be out the money and also out of hot water as we waited for a new boiler to be shipped from South Carolina. Sean came over to diagnose the system, they were able to determine that the only problem was a fried fan blower from the water damage. I had leaks inside my RV so i stopped by a plumbing store in town. Arthur from JB Plumbing was there to buy plumbing supplies and offer his help. He fixed my leaks quickly, without any waiting, and he did an amazing job. I can't be more grateful that I met him today. Thank you so much for your good services JB Plumbing !!!
