I accompanied my neighbor to “we call it puppy luv” for a grooming of two Persian cats who were very matted and overdue for a cut.
One of the cats was too feisty and wild and would not allow the owner to groom her.
We headed back to the location with our gloves and cat muzzle in hand to help assist. The groomer proceeded and worked very fast and efficiently and gave the cutest lion cuts for both cats in under 1 hour.
There is not a groomer in town that can finish grooming a cat that is this cantankerous except for Sherry. She is the go to for cat grooming and we will definitely be returning in the near future.
We had such an amazing experience here. We normally take our dog to PetSmart for walk-in nail trims, but after already giving him his anti-anxiety medication, they turned us away because he can be a more difficult client. I was honestly panicking because I didn’t want the meds to go to waste and nowhere else had last-minute availability for something as simple as a nail trim.
When I called here, the owner was incredibly kind and understanding. She got us in within 20 minutes and was so patient and sweet with our dog the entire time. The appointment itself was probably only about 5 minutes, if that, but she never rushed him and still made it such a... read full review
They are so sweet. I mixed up the appointment time and came an hour late, they were so nice about it, they didn't even mention it so I didnt notice the mix up until later in the evening that I came at the wrong time! Im sorry! My cat is super aggressive but they were very nice and understanding, these are some of nicest staff that I've ever met! Thank you guys and so sorry for coming so late and for my cat biting you :(
