“I had developed difficulties with the charging port on my cell. It wouldn't go in all the way in and easily fell out. I called around and got several estimates for replacing the port. Cell Again suggested it might be merely a cleaning issue, despite my telling them that I had already tried that. I took my phone in and within 5 minutes he had cleaned out the hardened lint on the back wall that I had been unable to see or remove. My phone then worked perfectly. Highly recommend for their expertise, responsiveness, integrity and pricing. I will definitely return here the next time I have a cell or tablet issue.”
