Couldn't reformat my phone or tablet. However, they answered the phone and my questions diligently. They do most any other hardware related repair. Apple is very particular about their software, it not bad apples fault.
Better than going to an apple store as far as price goes and they were kind and helpful i would recommend coming here they fix just about anything I would call and double check depending on what you need fixed.
I work for an organization that uses 6th gen Ipads as kiosks and control panels. The batteries started to die and we went in and had them replaced. The staff were great, very helpful and timely. They work amazing now and and it saved us from purchasing new devices.
