Dr. Stephens is truly an incredible provider. What makes her different is the way she approaches complex cases. She really thinks outside the box and takes the time to work through solutions that other providers never even considered. She has spent extended time during my appointments carefully adjusting and refining my prescription until everything is just right. You can tell she genuinely cares about getting the best outcome possible, and she never rushes the process. That level of dedication means so much when you have complicated vision or health needs.

Dr. Chan also completely changed things for me. With her expertise, she was able to fit me with a specialty contact lens that gave me 20/20 vision for the first time in my life, which is something I never thought would actually be possible.

The entire team makes the experience even better. Rach took the time to train me on how to properly insert and remove my lenses and made sure I felt comfortable and confident doing it. Corry, Tammy, and Grace always create such a welcoming environment and are more than happy to answer any questions I have.

Another thing I really appreciate is how accommodating they are. Because of my condition, emergencies can happen, and they have always done everything they can to fit me in when I need to be seen quickly. Having a team that is that responsive and supportive gives me so much peace of mind.

“I was visiting Salt Lake City for the first time. Needing an updated eye exam and glasses was imperative as I was also experiencing seasonal allergies within this new climate and area. Ms. Maria and Dr. Findlay not only saved me tremendously, but they were personable and genuine. I hadn’t worn a prescription frame in over 7 years so my vision had naturally declined quite a bit. I was able to complete my eye exam with an added OCT and choose my frame within an hour. Via the OCT, Dr. Findlay was able to show me why I was having spasms in my right as we discovered I’m high risk for Glaucoma. Thankfully he was able to properly assess my condition and current prescription. It took me longer to choose a frame as they had so many options that I liked honestly. Maria was so knowledgeable about different brands and finishes for my new essential accessories. They offer a rush service so my glasses were available within 24 hours. “Dr West is the most competent eye doctor I've ever had. I have complex eyes with a very high prescription and he is the only one I have found that can get my prescription correct. I have been to other doctors, once when my insurance changed and then again when I moved out of town, and the other doctors couldn't even get my prescription close to what it was supposed to be. Now, no matter what insurance I have I will still go to Dr. West. I told him at my last visit that he was never allowed to retire!!
