Cole knew right away what the problem was when he looked @ the furnace & why it wouldn't kick on. Water needed to be poured down an open pipe to flush it. We just never knew this needed done. It was very dirty. I'm giving the 5 Stars for Cole.

Jon was great at helping me pick a new system. Andrew, Malone and Mit did an amazing job installing my heat pump. They were all very nice and professional. I will be referring my friends and family Thompson's. Thank you!

They fixed my furnace so that I had heat for the weekend and applied the repair cost to a new furnace. They were thorough and fixed some venting issues and they still had the best price on a new furnace. Very professional and nice. I would highly recommend.
