When the AC at my residence was not working I reached out to several companies. These guys actually called me back no AI bs. They worked the time into my schedule. When the tech saw the issues told us the theories he had as to what happened. He then gave us several different options to consider. He made me (a s.a. victim) feel safe. He got the unit running and I know that when winter comes this is the company I am having make sure everything is working right! The tech was Austin and he was so awesome. They stated their prices stuck to them. Did the work and made a huge difference! If you need work I seriously recommend them
Thompson's did a thorough, efficient job doing an annual furnace check. Austin alerted us to a water leak in the basement for which we were very grateful. He didn't try to sell us a new furnace or anything we didn't need!!!
