Ben is awful to work with, run far and fast away to literally any other place in the valley.

We had them install a new furnace and AC. The furnace has worked fine keeping our house warn during the winter. However, the AC has never been able to keep our house cool. We've patiently worked with them for 3 years while they've tried to get it to work, but no luck. Now Dan (the owner) says they're done trying unless we start paying for additional labor. Lame. The AC has never worked consistently, so why should we have to pay more to get a working system (that's what we already paid for, right?)? You would think that they would try to make it right somehow, but instead they're just going to to walk away and leave us with a system that can't keep our house below 78 degrees...read full review

I'm rating this business as 2 stars because they got the job done, quickly and correctly. They were also the only business that I could get out the next day to fix my furnace.My problem was with the difference between what they told me they would do and what they did. And my second problem is with their price structure.They charged me $79 just to get out to my house. That's a bit higher than the other places in town, but they were able to get out the next day where the other shops were scheduling a week out.
