The dismantlement of the A/C system took most of the afternoon, which seemed reasonable given the complexity involved. A previous technician failed to identify a faulty condenser unit that this team immediately pinpointed and addressed efficiently. The visit was efficient, as coordinating with building management allowed the technician to start on time and complete maintenance in under an hour, identifying a clogged filter and replacing it promptly. Having the HVAC system serviced was a breeze, with prompt arrival and smooth, efficient work. The technician completed the thermostat installation with precision in under an hour. A technician arrived within 25 minutes and had the A/C unit running quickly, being fast, respectful, and efficient.
There was a leak of refrigerant and it took most of the afternoon to take the complete system out and check it out. The guy guided me through each process and made sure it was all put back together the way it should be.
The problem turned out to be the old thermostat's wiring, and after diagnosing it quickly, they installed the new unit and tested it thoroughly in about an hour. It's not my first visit from this company, and once again, I found their attention to detail reassuring.
