Lines were to long and hard to reach the machine to pick what wash you want and pay it was in line 20 minutes and when I finally got to the machine to pick and pay the chain broke and they had to close so I just left

OJ is always super friendly and the team is helpful as well. I usually never run into any issues and it doesnt take forever to go through. I love my monthly pass! As a delivery driver, I use it often. :) Thank you!!!
