Incredible customer service, even though I now live out of state! I purchased a machine here two years ago and recently I started having issues with the foot pedal. I reached out to see if they had any extra pedals for my machine that I could purchase and they did! Since I was a past customer, I was given 20% off my purchase. Purchasing over the phone was easy and since it took a little while to ship, they didn't charge me for shipping. My new pedal arrived today and I can finally sew again! Thank you Wimmer's!

Wimmer's is our go-to vacuum place. Wayne Wimmer sold us our first vac over 50 yrs ago. Have been buying & having vacuums repaired at Wimmer's ever since. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and honest with their customers. We're sure Wayne is proud that his legacy lives on. We miss him & his happy countenance. Thx for your willingness to teach customers how to care for their vacuums and for carrying outstanding products.

Great vaccuum repair. I took in a 20 year and a 10 year old Hoover for minor repairs and to be serviced. I have always considered myself good at vaccuum maintenance, and I do have really old vaccuums to show for it. However, after sending them to Wimmer's they work and look like new. Timely, courteous service.
