I came in for a strep test five minutes before closing… definitely not my proudest moment. I apologized about 400 times, and they still took me in. The team was seriously amazing! They were so patient, so sweet, and somehow still happy to help me. Honestly, they were so great it almost made me want to get sick more often… almost.
We were at this facility last week on a Saturday evening, and couldn't believe how wonderful everything was. The waiting room and exam room were exceptionally clean and bright, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The provider we saw was also very kind and listened to our concerns carefully before offering a diagnosis. Could not have been happier with this facility! Thanks to all of you for helping us!
Skylar was amazing with my daughter when she hurt her elbow. He made sure to follow through and keep me updated on what we needed to do and helped facilitate us getting in to see an ortho doctor.
