I didn't have to wait at all. The stylist's station was clean and organized. She asked questions and checked frequently to make sure I liked the way she was cutting my hair.

Got exactly what I wanted and didn't have to remind them of the little subtle hair spots I usually ask for very welcoming and professional I'm glad I get my hair cut there
