Hadn’t been until today, the dog I was sitting got super dirty up at Hardware Ranch (I did too haha.) Didn’t want to bring her back to her owner caked in mud. This place was great! I really like the instructions on everything, made it easy for a first-timer. Thanks!

I really love the self-service wash station, but I think it could be even better with a couple of small changes. Right now, I have to use my own shampoo, which is totally fine—but it would be super helpful to have a quick 1-minute rinse button. I end up spending $10 just to get my dogs wet, and while I’m scrubbing them down, the timer keeps running. By the time I’m ready to rinse, I have to start a whole new cycle and pay another $10. A quick rinse option would make the process way more efficient and cost-effective for dog owners like me!

wash and 24 hrs too! Everything was great .we were away from home and he needed a bath.. I was just about to take him to the regular car wash when I came across you follks.what great service.
