The company as a whole is amazing. They're very easy to work with for the initial set up and filling out the new patient forms. They didn't argue when I explained my Health Savings Account is automatic and will cover my out of pocket cost without a separate card. They have answered any questions I have had with patience.
David is fantastic. He is very compassionate and validating. He gives work based on my needs. In the few months that he has been my therapist, I already feel that I have made so much progress.

I appreciate this agency and Karen Lacy so much. I have been coming here for therapy and I believe that they have a goal to help their clients succeed. The front desk is compassionate and caring about their clients. Karen is a great therapist, wise, and is trained well in EMDR for trauma. I recommend and endorse this agency.
