These guys are great. They booked us an appointment ASAP in June when it was busy. They came out and diagnosed what was actually wrong with our system. Another local company told us it was the capacitor and they wanted to charge us $250 for a part that could be purchased on Amazon for $20, the capacitor tested fine. They wired the new transformer I had purchased off Amazon and recharged our system all for $145, including the service call. The other company had talked me into purchasing a whole new AC when there was puncture in my AC line. We are very happy with the prompt and honest service that Christoffersen's provided
Within 10 minutes of my call, they had a technician at my door to check out my AC. Martin, the tech, was down to earth, honest (no upselling), and just got straight to the issue. He even got down and dirty cleaning the AC coil and came prepared with a new filter on hand.
