Jasmine was great and kept us informed. The work was completed quickly-much faster than first said, and it looks so good!!! Jasmine was awesome to work with at the South Logan Caliber.
Edited to add: I found that my door needed an adjustment to open more easily, and when I called, they told me to come in whenever was convenient. They got my car right in, fixed the problem, and were delightful to talk to. They really do stand behind their work, and take care of their customers!
They did a great job with car. Kept us informed at each step along the way. We had them do 2 jobs, 1 for insurance and another we had been wanting to do for awhile. Pricing came out cheaper than estimated, always nice to hear. Of course I can't say how often that happens with them. Car came back to us cleaned up and looking very nice. The jobs we got done was on both ends of the vehicle. I would recommend them for body work, attendants were great to talk with as well.
Amazing work and warranty support! Can't recommend them enough. Our Honda CRV had some front fender damage that Caliber worked on. Almost a year later it started experiencing "shutter grill problem" errors (never buy a car with a shutter grill). There's debate between the dealer, Young Honda, as to if the error is related to the car itself, or to the repair work done by Caliber. Despite all this, Caliber has been rock solid in taking care of us and fixing our problem under their warranty. Based on their work and customer care, I would 100% take any car to them in the future!
