I can’t say enough good things about Big O Tires in Providence. Chad Williamson took great care of our Sequoia and was incredibly honest throughout the entire process.
We were originally quoted around $2,500 because it looked like the control arms needed to be replaced. After taking a closer look, Chad found that only the ball joints needed replacing. They could have easily done the more expensive repair that we had already approved, but instead they did only what was actually needed and saved us about $1,000.
